Fitness Fridays: Core Body Reformer

A few weeks back, I attended the Nautilus Join the Movement event [seen here], where the Core Body Reformer was introduced by celebrity fitness trainer Jennifer Galardi. It's a great way to move around and exercise different parts of your body - everything from arms/upper body down to your legs (so versatile!). It's also fun since it's a round platform so you're constantly aiming for balance.

It was easy to put together and the resistance can easily be adjusted with clicks on the side. It came with a DVD and instructional booklets for specific moves. I love how it came with an amazing recipe book, perfect for creating healthy meals.

When I work out with my trainer, we exercise outdoors. Honestly, with the warmer weather coming, I'd prefer working out inside and this allows me to do so even on my own. I have definitely been enjoying using this for awhile and so easy to incorporate into my routine.

I should start exercising again. It's been too long since the last time. Good thing you exercise, and I agree that when the weather allows it it's better to exercise outside.
