Tasty Thursdays: Candy Corn Martini

Thursday, October 25, 2012

Continuing along with my monthly calendar of drinks, this month's recipe for a candy corn martini is perfect for Halloween!

  • splash of orange juice
  • powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 oz vanilla flavored vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz mandarin flavored vodka
  • 1/2 oz butterscotch liquor
  • 1/2 white creme de cacao
  • splash of grenadine

Ring a martini glass rim with orange juice then powdered sugar. Pour liqueurs in listed order into the glass. Finish with a splash of grenadine.

Will you be dressing up for Halloween?

That drink sounds delicious. I don't think I will be dressing up this year. I procrastinated too late.

i love that you have a signature halloween cocktail! what a good idea. last year we made a witches brew and had dry ice under a cauldron and all sorts of creepy gummy candies in it. it was so fun!

mmmm, sounds really good. Especially the Butterscotch Liqueur part. I didn't even know that existed and now I really want some!
