Emerson S/S 2013

Friday, September 14, 2012

The Emerson collection, designed by Jackie Freser-Swan, showcased sweetness with an edge, mixing rock with romance. The collection was inspired by 1970's horror films and modern day horror movies such as Carrie, Burnt Offerings, The Amityville Horror, House of 1000 Corspes, The Devil's Rejects, and the TV series, American Horror Story. Touches of red are seen throughout the collection as well as flowy pieces nodding to the high school setting in Carrie.  You can see more photos & videos on my Facebook page!
