Art in Bloom

Every year, Macy's puts on a flower show in multiple cities and I do always try to check it out. It's free to the public and always a spectacular set up. This year, it was titled "Art in Bloom", utilizing flowers with famous artists & their respective work. You may recognize a representation of Picasso below.

In other years, I remember it being separate from the flagship store in Herald Square. I'm guessing from the brutal winter, they moved it inside the store this time around. It was much more crowded with all of the shoppers, tourists, and other flower show visitors.

Artists were painting live male models in floral prints as well, which was interesting to see as they were replications of the main statue at the entrance. Arranged within the main aisles and on top of ceiling arches, it was beautiful to see yet difficult to fully appreciate it at the same time.
