Veet's Infini Silk

Monday, November 10, 2014

I received the Veet Infini’ Silk, awhile ago, and I waited to post in order to take some time to see some results. It allows you to treat your skin in the comfort of your own home, with the same IPL hair removal (intense pulse light) technology found in clinics and salons.

It’s so easy to use, and it doesn’t hurt at all. I hear stories from friends who get lasered at salons, where they feel a range from a tiny sting to “worse than waxing”. With that said, I was anticipating some sort of pain, but was certainly surprised. It feels warm, but no pain at all.

The treatments are fairly easy, and are great for busy lifestyles. The first 4 treatments are to be done 2 weeks apart, treatments 5-7 are 4 weeks apart and anything after is to be treated as needed.

Both the Infini Silk and the Infini Silk Pro, were lightweight and I personally liked the Pro better, just because it was easier with the handle. It also features an exchangeable cartridge which is a nice option for sharing between users. (More bang for your buck!)

The Infini Silk retails at $249, and the Pro retails for $299 with one free replacement cartridge.
