Maracuja Oil

Sunday, May 26, 2013

Recently, I have been sent the Maracuja Oil from Russell Organics to review. Maracuja oil is basically passion fruit seed oil, and this one is specifically harvested from the rainforests of Brazil. It's a great use for the skin since it's rich in Vitamin C, perfect for instant skin brightening effects. It combats fine lines and wrinkles and helps the skin from being too oily or too dry. (It's even great on hair!)

This bottle contains 100% of maracuja oil so users can use it alone or mix it in with usual moisturizers (it's parfum free so it won't clash with other scents).

I have been using it for a couple of weeks now, and just because it's oil, it didn't leave my skin oily. You don't get that shine or grease from using other oils, and you hardly feel it on you. I actually like this better than argan oil. It's quick to apply and absorb, perfect for doing it on the go or quickly before bed.

That actually sounds pretty awesome. I am always on the lookout for new natural products! I have been using a face oil as well at night and I am hocked at how well my skin is reacting!
