I'd like to announce I will be launching a new series here: Fitness Fridays!
I have recently taken a fun dance/fitness class (which will be my debut post), joined a new fitness program called Revolt (you'll soon here about this too!), attended a health/fitness event, and even found myself a trainer who's also a friend. You'll see posts revolving around fitness/health and my current progress.
